IT Outsourcing

Full IT infrastructure and user support instead of an in-house IT department. Response within 1 hour, on-site visits, monthly reports, every request tracked in CRM.

IT Outsourcing

An in-house IT department is expensive: salaries, vacations, sick leave, training. And the "admin friend" who drops by now and then gives you no guarantees on timing. IT outsourcing is the third option: your infrastructure is handled by a specialist experienced in networks, servers, software, telephony and security, with response times written into the contract. You pay for results, not for someone sitting in your office.

We work under an SLA

Response times are fixed in the contract and don't depend on how busy a particular person happens to be.

  • Response within 1 hour. A specialist picks up your request and gets in touch with you.
  • Routine issues resolved within 2 hours. The printer won't print, someone needs access to a folder, email won't open. Problems like these shouldn't stall work for half a day.
  • Every task is tracked in a CRM. Each request has a number, an assignee, a history and a resolution time. Nothing gets lost or forgotten.
  • Monthly incident report. You see how many requests there were, which problems keep recurring, and what should change in your infrastructure to reduce them.

A single support desk

Your staff don't need to remember who to contact or where. They can reach us however is most convenient:

  • ticketing system;
  • MAX;
  • Telegram;
  • WhatsApp;
  • phone.

Every request, wherever it comes from, lands in a single queue and is handled under the same SLA rules.

First- and second-line support

First line takes in requests and resolves routine user issues: access rights, email, printing, software setup, consultations.

Second line handles tasks that require deep expertise: servers, networks, virtualization, backups, integrations and system failures.

Most issues are resolved remotely, with no waiting. When someone needs to be there in person, we come to your office — within the city, in a matter of hours.

Your hardware, in order

We know what you have, where it is and what condition it's in.

  • Inventory. We keep an up-to-date record of computers, office equipment, network hardware and licenses.
  • Asset tagging. Every piece of equipment gets a label, so it's easy to find in the database and link to a support request.
  • Warranty tracking. We monitor warranty periods and let you know in advance when equipment is due for replacement.

Workstations for new hires

A new employee should be productive on day one, not waiting for their setup. We deliver turnkey workstations:

  • operating system installation;
  • installation and configuration of required software;
  • data migration from the old computer;
  • creation and setup of user accounts, email and access rights.

When an employee leaves, we just as carefully revoke their access and preserve their work data.

Who it's for

  • Companies without their own IT specialist, where whoever happens to be around ends up looking after the equipment.
  • Companies with a single administrator who needs backup and cover during vacations.
  • Managers who want transparency: clear timelines, reports and control over IT spending.

How to get started

  1. Submit a request — we'll discuss the scope: number of workstations, offices, servers and the systems you use.
  2. We run an assessment — we review your current infrastructure and document its state.
  3. We agree on the contract and SLA — defining the scope of work, timelines and pricing.
  4. We take over support — your staff are connected to the single support desk.
