Development & Automation
We build integrations and services tailored to your task when off-the-shelf solutions fall short.
Over time, every company accumulates a dozen services: CRM, email, telephony, messengers, spreadsheets, a website, cloud storage, accounting systems. Each works fine on its own, but they aren't connected to each other. Data gets moved by hand, requests get lost between systems, and staff spend hours copying from one window to another.
We connect these services into a single system, and where no ready-made tool exists, we build one.
Integrations between services
Most modern services, cloud and on-premise alike, have an API, which means they can be set up to exchange data without human involvement. A few typical examples:
- a request from your website automatically creates a deal in Bitrix24 and notifies a manager in a messenger;
- a missed call in your IP telephony becomes a task in the CRM;
- data from a form or spreadsheet goes into the right system without manual entry;
- changes in one system are synced to another, on a schedule or instantly.
If a service has no full-fledged API, there are often other ways in: webhooks, file exports, email processing. We'll assess what's possible in your case when we discuss the task.
Chatbots for Telegram and MAX
A bot is a convenient entry point for customers and staff: no separate app to install, everything works in a familiar messenger. Bots can:
- take requests and inquiries;
- answer common questions;
- send notifications and reminders;
- provide access to data from your CRM and internal systems.
One example is our SvetOk bot in the MAX messenger. It monitors whether the power is on by polling the user's chosen Yandex smart home devices, and reports when the electricity goes out or comes back.
Process automation with n8n
n8n is a platform for building automated workflows from ready-made blocks. It can be deployed on your own server, so your data never leaves for third-party clouds. n8n is well suited to chains like "an event happens → process the data → send the result", with connectors to hundreds of services available out of the box.
Its main advantage is transparency: each workflow is laid out as a diagram, easy to review and adjust when your process changes.
Web services and internal tools
Sometimes a task can't be solved by combining existing services, and you need a tool of your own. It might be a client portal, a staff dashboard, a calculator, a reference database or a service for managing business rules. We build these around your specific process, without the extra features you end up paying for in boxed products.
Ghost CMS development
Ghost is a modern platform for websites and blogs, with fast performance, a convenient editor and an open API. We build websites on Ghost: themes, multilingual support, integrations and custom features for business needs. This site runs on Ghost too.
How we work
- We break down the task. Which process needs automating, which services are involved, where time is being lost right now.
- We propose a solution. A ready-made tool, a configured integration or custom development — we pick the simplest option that works.
- We build and test. Everything is checked on real data before launch.
- We launch and support. Services get updated and APIs change, so integrations need maintenance to keep them from breaking at the worst possible moment.
One specialist handles the task from start to finish: discussing it with you, writing the code and supporting the solution afterwards. Nothing gets lost in handoffs between contractors, and you always know who to contact.
Who it's for
- Companies where staff move data between systems by hand.
- Those who've outgrown what off-the-shelf services can do but see no point in replacing them entirely.
- Those who want to keep their data and automation on their own servers rather than in someone else's cloud.
